Optional Brush Collection Program for Commercial Customers
Brush Collection services are offered at a REDUCED rate.Don't send landscape materials to the landfill; recycle them instead!
On average, approximately 200 pounds of brush items are dumped annually from each Del Norte County household every year. That waste decomposes and creates methane gas, which is 23 times more potent than carbon dioxide and is directly attributed to climate change.
Other than being the environmentally friendly thing to do, a successful brush program can help reduce trash fees, save landfill space and close the loop by returning brush to the earth. Your bottom line and the environment will benefit.
Recology encourages you to look into starting a brush collection program at your business or facility.
